Application for Herd Book Registry - DNA

Meat registration fee is for each animal, this fee is:
$30 registration/head for Members
$50 registration/head for Nonmembers.
$45 dna/head for Members
$45 dna/head for Nonmembers

Registrations and Transfers are considered separate transactions even if completed on the same day or on the same form.

If you had been previously registering and transferring an animal in the same transaction and only providing payment of $30, we apologize you were not billed correctly. Going forward please submit payments for registrations and transfers as these are separate transactions.

Members: $30 registration and $20 transfer = $50 total. Add an additional $45 if requesting DNA
Non Members: $50 registration and $30 transfer = $80 total. Add an additional $45 if requesting DNA

When completing a Registration and a Transfer at the same time, you are required to fill out BOTH FORMS.

Correct and complete information will speed up the process and allow you to get your animals registered faster and more accurately.
